The main concept of classical yoga is all about changing your body positions and trying new poses.
Patanjali believed that each indivisual is composed of matter and spirit. He stood for hope and that yoga would restore spirit to its absolute reality.

The main concept of Classical Period was to prolong ones life through yoga.they concentrated on Vendanta, which is focusing on whats going on now, not whats happened then!

#2 WAS I RESPECTFUL FOR TODAYs YOGA PRACTICE

I think I was VERY respectful because I didnt go to the bathroom at all during the yoga practice, I waited until the end. And I didnt slap my body onto the floor. And I didnt talk at ALL either. I respected the Yoga Instructor because I tried to do most of the poses aven though they were realy hard and it was a more advance class today! And when I knew I couldnt do one of the poses I would go into childs pose so I just wouldnt be sitting there disrespecting the instructor/.

HOW RESPECTFUL WAS I TODAY DURING MY YOGA PRACTICE?!

I think I was respectful with doing the poses and NOT dropping my body down with it. But maybe i shouldnt have went to the bathroom, because I could have held it.

Before I went to NAMASTE to practice yoga my body was lazy and I was kind of tired and my muscles felt realy tight. But then oncce we left NAMASTE I felt peaceful and loose!

Esperanza and her father went harvesting for her birthday, then he went to work. It
was time for him to be back from work but he wasnt! So Esperanza and her family started to get woried. Then the worker guys brought his dead body back in a carrage!

Reminds me of the time when my little sister got lost in the store and we were worried about her and then the store people brought her back to us and then we were really relived!

I think that the family is going to be realy sad for along time. But Esperanza is going to be glad that she spent those LAST moments with her dad before her birthday!

Esperanza woke up in her parents bed, on her fathers side. She was wondering where he was so she could him. But then she remembered that he died yesterday. And she snapped back into reality. Then she was so sad that she didnt even want to open up her birthday presents. She was so sad! Then she went to her fathers old office and she had seen her uncle wearing everything that her father was wearing. Then a man offered to buy there house for less amount off money than it was worth, so they refused so sell! Then esperanza woke up to yelling and screaming because the house was on fire! Esperanza felt dizzy and thoght she was still dreaming. She didnt know what was going on! She ran outside and watched her house burn.

This reminds me of the time when my great grandmother passed, and the next day I really didnt relize that she was gone. Since she has been around ALL my life, it was really diffrent for her not to be around! But then when I realized that shee was realy gone and she was not coming back, I got even more sad.:[

I think the mom is going to end up selling the house because they are going to have no money so that will be there only source. Then they are not going to have NO where to go! Then they are going to have to become servants, but then they are going to escape then they will live with a random person.

Esperanza was very uncomfertable in the wagon, and was looking foward to the train ride. Then a man leaded Esperanza and her mother to the train. She had saw a nice train hoping to get on it. But she didnt he lead her to a diffrent train. It was rows of woodden benches, and it was crowded with peasants EVERYWHERE! Esperanza didnt want to stay beacause she thought the peasants werent trust worthy! She knew she didnt belong here and she knew that her father would never allow them to stay on that train! The train was very dirty, trash everywhere and it smelled like urine!:[
